Healthy Congregations Grant Renewal Applications Due
For Healthy Congregations teams with 3 or more certified members, the annual $1,000 grant renewal application is due June 30. Please log in to the Healthy Congregations Team Site to complete your report on prior year work, review or update your needs assessment, and enter your plans for work in the next year.
