2025 Healthy Congregations Retreat

This two-day, uplifting event will focus on connecting, learning, sharing and developing relationships with others who share a passion for congregational and community health.

All Great Plains United Methodists are invited to join us for this free retreat. The retreat is especially valuable for members of Healthy Congregations teams. Community partners invited by Healthy Congregations teams are welcome, as well.

You’ll hear highlights and stories from your Healthy Congregations peers, have opportunities to learn and converse on timely health topics, and leave equipped with useful tools and resources.

Communications Session Input

Help us tailor our session on communications. We’d love your feedback on the following three questions.

Roundtable Topic Preferences – rank at least your top two interests

The Friday program includes facilitated round-table discussions. Each table will focus on issues, tools, and resources related to a specific health topic. For this activity, we encourage members from the same church team to spread out across different tables/topics. Please rank your top two choices among the below topics. Based on overall responses, final topics covered may be combined or trimmed. Depending on availability, you’ll have an opportunity to change your choice at check-in.
Topic preferences (rank your top two)
If there is a topic you’d like to explore which is not covered above, please note here along with any comments you’d like to share.
